FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

On the average week, we can look to book your installation in within a week or two. We’ll work with you to select a time that is the most convenient and safest for you and your family during COVID-19, and we have applied additional cleaning steps as part of our installation process.

Depending on your requirements, the install time can vary between 1-2 days. To ensure we have enough time to complete your installation, we will review the job beforehand and book in the amount of time we think we’ll need to be at your property. Your price quoted would not change, unless there was additional work was requested after the online quote was completed.

Most installations which require a like-for like swap (An old combi boiler swapped for a new combi boiler) would be 1 day. 

As we’ve been working with certain boiler brands for a long time, and have good relationships with local merchants, we are able to purchase our boilers and parts at a reduced rate, passing this saving onto our customers.

We can either get the boiler delivered to your home on the day of the installation, or have it delivered to our address and bring it with us on the day. Your engineer will discuss this with you when confirming your boiler installation date/time.

We’re fully trained and accredited to work with Gas only.

Because we have extensive accreditations and training with many of the biggest household boiler names, we’re able to offer our customers a larger warranty period than a standard boiler installer on a variety of boiler models.
